Ordering 

You select the goods you wish to purchase from Juice and enter your order and delivery details. When paying by card your credit card details are captured securely by Sage Pay, our Payment Service Provider (formerly Protx). You may be prompted to enter your Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code password on your card issuer’s page. Juice securely send those credit card details to your card issuer who authorises or declines the transaction. Juice then send the authorisation results to you to confirm the results of the transaction.

Security & Privacy

Juice is committed to your security and privacy. We promise to keep your personal information safe and secure. We’ll make sure that nobody, other than yourself, can access or view your financial details. We also understand that junk mail can be really annoying so promise not to pass on your email address, home address or any other personal details to any third party.

Juice’s Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way. Sage Pay uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D Secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable. Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation. Payment Terms

When you purchase a product from Juice, the contract of sale only occurs when your goods are dispatched and your card is charged. We will NOT charge your credit card if for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, including if the goods are not in stock, This way your credit card will not be charged until your order has left the building.

Delivery Information

The UK
All of our orders a despatched standard delivery and free of charge over £30. We endeavour to post goods as soon as possible and when goods are available. Any orders that are a Power Bank or have a lithium Ion battery inside cannot be dispatched with Royal Mail.

Outside of the UK
A shipping charge will have to be applied when shipping to an address outside the UK to cover international shipping costs.

Exchange & Returns

If you purchased a product from a retailer and not our website, the retailer will be your first port of call for your return or exchange. Simply take your product back to the store where you purchased your product from with your receipt (please ensure to return to store even if you are within your 1 year warranty).

If your return falls outside of the retailers standard returns period and you still have your proof of purchase Juice is able to send you a replacement product if you have signed up to the Juice 1 year warranty. To start this process please return your product for testing using our returns label, which we will send to you via email. Once received we will test your product and once processed and deemed faulty we will despatch a replacement product to you. (Please note we are only able to send up to two replacements against any warranty sign up- we will only send if your returned product is deemed faulty).
Any products purchased through our Juice website direct can be replaced with no quibble if within 28 days of purchase, this product must be returned unopened and in good condition. Proof of postage must be obtained when returning, as we are unable to provide a refund without this.

Defective Products 

The exchange warranty only applies to Juice branded products (excluding batteries or products that contain a battery and have a natural shelf-life). This money back guarantee covers the cost of your Juice product only. Juice cannot accept responsibility for the cost of your electronic device, or for the cost of any other products that you own – even where those devices are used with Juice products. You will need to provide a copy of proof of purchase and we will provide you with a returns envelope

Unfortunately we cannot provide payment for any return shipping costs if you are outside of the UK. Wrap the package securely and send it to the address below.

If you have asked for a refund, we’ll email you automatically so there’s no need to contact us. Please allow up to 14 days, once Juice have received your return for a refund to appear in your account, we will refund you via your original payment method (i.e Credit card or Paypal).

If you have decided that you no longer want the item that you purchased via juice.co.uk and the item is not faulty please return the product in its original unopened packaging within 14 days of receiving it. We are not able to refund opened goods.

If you’ve asked for an exchange, we’ll despatch your exchanged product to you as soon as we can, if, for any reason we are out of stock of an item, you will asked if an alternative colour or if an alternative product is suitable, if not we can then issue a refund. When returning items it’s really important that you include the returns postcard with the following information, as without this we can’t process your refund or replacement.

The delivery name you used to place the order
The address you used to place the order including a postcode
The email address you used to place the order
Your invoice number & date of invoice
Details of why you’re returning the item to us with a product code and description
An indication of whether you’d like us to exchange the item or arrange a refund using the simple return codes on the form
A daytime contact telephone number (with country/area dialling codes), just in case we need to get in touch with you

Refunding Shipping Costs

UK Juice.co.uk customers can use our returns labels, which we will email to you. If you do not use this or you are returning an item from outside the UK you are not entitled to a refund on shipping for your order, unless the reason for the return is the fault of Juice, in which case we’ll refund the shipping cost.

Juice will not issue a refund under the following circumstances:

If you are returning a product from outside the UK
Are in the UK and don’t use our free returns envelope
The product that you are returning has no fault and the reason for the return is simply that you have changed your mind
You have purchased from a store and want to return via this online system
Shipping refunds will sometimes be considered at the discretion of the Customer Services department if any of the following circumstances occur:

You received an incorrect item
You received a damaged item
You received a defective item
Each instance will be viewed on an individual basis.

Customs Information

When ordering goods from Juice.co.uk for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Good news though – these are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance however must be borne by you. We’re sorry, but we have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so try giving your local customs office a call for further information. Also, please note that when ordering from Juice, you are considered the importer of record (owner/purchaser of goods) and therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally, to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may communicate information such as order, delivery and product details to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities. This is to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If your order is a gift for a lucky someone, the package is marked “Gift”. As with all companies, customs authorities require us to state the cost of the gift item directly on the customs form.

Email Marketing

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are giving us your permission to send you marketing emails from Juice so you can take advantage of exclusive offers and be the first to know about new Juice products. You can unsubscribe at any time via the emails. We will also use your warranty information to try and send you marketing emails we think you’ll be particularly interested in, but you’ll only get them from us, we don’t share your info with any third parties.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement and our Terms & Conditions at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on this website. Your continued use of the juice.co.uk website and service indicates your acceptance of the amended User Agreement.
